offers the possibility of attending the First Professional Methacrylate Gluing Training
Course for tubes, rods and sheets based on ©DeskGlue Technology.
A new technology based on a universal workbench for photopolymerisation, new tools and a new generation of glues in order to
achieve 15 training protocols
to solve the majority of problems in an efficient quality gluing process for all businesses
to have guaranteed results for effective, structural gluing, and
aesthetically impeccable in times and
at unbeatable production costs.
The course teaches about gluing procedures which, together with the universal gluing workbench and all the other tools necessary to set up a gluing
production line, will add value to the technical wealth of every company by means of a qualified certification that will have extensive public

the gluing station
©DeskGlue is the first fully-equipped universal gluing station. It is a modular 2 mq. workbench with an aluminium frame which can be adjusted
and dismounted. It is fitted with a 20 mm thick modified and ground polypropylene work surface (2000 x 1000 mm) which is anti-adhesive and
resistant to all glues and solvents.
The surface is fitted with 86 special intakes suitable for both the suction of vapours and solvents by means of a depression vacuum as well as to guide
the couplings of 20 PP positioning shoulders for all angular gluing.
To facilitate gluing at a 45° angle, the workbench is also fitted with 30 mm thick PPcounter-shoulders.

The workbench features a fully-equipped PP tray for Classic, Fast and Ultra Rapid catalysis, cleaning the tools and preparing the glue dispensers.©DeskGlue

Photocatalysis possibleby a total irradiation of 2 mq.
